I do my best to remember the little things about each guest, because feeling known matters. I show up every day putting both our guests and my team first, setting a calm, welcoming tone from the moment someone walks through the door. I’m clear, honest, and efficient in communication, and I work quickly to problem-solve while keeping the guest experience at the center of every decision. My goal is for every guest to leave feeling heard, cared for, and confident they were truly taken care of.

I have completed several business and leadership programs through Summit Business, Champ Camp, Inspiring Champion, and Limelight. I have attended many beauty shows where I’ve learned from some of the best leaders in our industry. I stay current with trends in both our profession and our community. I’m proud of my time at Salon Ultimo and the role I’ve played in helping make our salon one of the best in Woodbury and Minnesota.

My ability to take on difficult situations and see them through. I’m often complimented on leading by example and never asking my team to do something I wouldn’t do myself. I show up with a smile and give my best every day.

I strive to lead with heart and passion. I work hard to create a safe space where both guests and team members feel comfortable coming to me with questions, concerns, or challenges. Life is hard enough—when you walk through our doors, my goal is for you to feel deeply cared for from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.
