I try to create a positive experience by greeting each guest personally and getting to know their preferences. Names and identities are important to me, so I make a conscious effort to remember our guests and welcome them by name whenever they visit.

One of the things I’m most proud of is building meaningful connections with our guests and remembering important details about them. If I don’t know someone yet, I make it a goal to learn about them so they feel welcomed and valued every time they walk through our doors.
