I make it a priority to greet guests by name whenever possible, and if I don’t know your name yet, I make it my goal to remember it for next time. I want every guest to feel known, welcomed, and valued.

I take great pride in my customer service skills, especially when guests remember me by name. It lets me know I’ve made a lasting impression, which is my ultimate goal, and I truly appreciate feeling seen in return.
