Cancellation Policy

Salon Ultimo requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
  • If last-minute cancellations or no-shows become a pattern, a credit card will be required on file to book future appointments

This policy allows our Guest Service team time to contact guests on our waitlist and helps keep our stylists’ schedules full. Thank you for respecting our time and commitment to our team.

Specialty Services — including Balayage, Specialty Color, Smoothing or Straightening Treatments, Specialty Perms, Hair Extensions, Wedding Parties, Spa Days, and services requiring extended time — require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Return Policy

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or client purchase history)
  • Products must be at least ¾ full to receive a full refund

Skincare, makeup, tools, brushes, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return.

Appointment Policy

Salon Ultimo is an appointment-only salon.

1. We offer standing appointments for guests who prefer the same day, time, and service at regular intervals

2. A credit card or deposit is required to book:

  • Specialty Services
  • Eyelash Extensions
  • Wedding Parties
  • Spa Days
  • Services requiring extended time

3. A consultation is required prior to all Specialty Services

Service Guarantee Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment
  • When notified within this timeframe, we are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment service
  • Adjustment services must be scheduled with the same service provider who performed the original service
  • If other circumstances arise, any provider change must be discussed with and approved by management
  • Concerns reported after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically considered a redo

To qualify for an adjustment service, please contact us within 14 days of your original appointment to schedule.
